So will there be a purge of the LPC? Starting with JT, and his sidekicks?
Are you joking? So will there be a purge of the LPC? Starting with JT, and his sidekicks?
Even cults see the end of their popularity - sometimes by extremely lethal means. Are you joking?
It is a cult- not a political party.
Mmmm that was more murder than mass suicide.Do you mean they will spike the punch and all commit suicide together at the same event?
FTFY. Team Red have to get their money's worth out of the PRC.Depends if the PRC isalsostill interfering with Poilievre…
Maybe we follow different info sources, but one of the first things I read about Poilievre was that his experience is wholly in federal politics.Good opinion piece about Mr. Poilivere. I was surprised about his work background, or lack of experience in private industry.
So Canada would be better off if we had a PM that was previously say…a ‘successful’ business man?Good opinion piece about Mr. Poilivere. I was surprised about his work background, or lack of experience in private industry. If the NDP pulls the rug away from the LPC and if a federal election is called, he'd better start rolling out credible policies and viable plans to help the country instead of complaining.
Don Martin: Poilievre doesn't feel your pain, but he's sure good at communicating it
Probably no other leader, including Justin Trudeau, has landed in a party leadership with less real-world work experience than Pierre Poilievre, says Don Martin in a column for CTVNews.ca. But Poilievre's an able communicator, and this weekend's Conservative convention is a golden opportunity...www.ctvnews.ca
Not going to follow that rabbit hole (i.e. our neighbour to the south)So Canada would be better off if we had a PM that was previously say…a ‘successful’ business man?
Thinking about it now, hoping that Poilievre (knowing his background as we do now) will “shake up” the Canadian govt establishment is a bit ironic. Not going to follow that rabbit hole (i.e. our neighbour to the south)
I would like our politicians to be more well rounded in life. I'm not sure what the breakdown is in our current parliament, but there are probably more lawyers than any other profession. The more diverse professions and work/life experience in the caucus, and under the right leadership, generally better ideas are formed to resolve the problem. Group think is not helpful. Of course you would also need a competent bureaucracy to run the thing.
He belongs to the wrong party, otherwise a life spent in or mostly in politics would make him "highly qualified".I was surprised about his work background, or lack of experience in private industry.
PP calmly eats an apple while destroying a “journalist”. It’s going to be a bad day for JT in a debate.
