so he hides behind the group. Doesn't change my opinion of him at all but then again the only time he would arouse a cheer from me is after saying the words I quit. Interesting that all the other leaders are named except him. From what I’ve seen, when the first (or lead) organization in a group press release sends its statement, all of the other named organizations/govts/people‘s accounts repeat that statement.
The WH sent it out, so the PM’s account sends it too. The other leaders would do the same.

I would hope so. Anyone trying to carve out some kind of exemption or more lenient application is going to f*ck up international law, which would be at cross purposes for any organization which claims a mission to uphold human rights and international law.
