Trump administration 2024-2028

I suggest you look at Musk's DOGE people going into agencies to get access to classified documents, including peoples' social security info, etc., without having any clearance, and when confronted by the people who are tasked with protecting that information, having Trump's cronies remove them and fire them. I hate to make the analogy, but a private little gang of people above the law terrorizing people who are actually doing their job in order to gain info and control by fear over other people's lives for political/doctrinal reasons is exactly how the Gestapo came to be.

You just described the whole of the DNC.

Not to mention Trump is firing every inspector general. So no more independent audits of spending.

Oh, and a final question… for all those that think the WEF is a giant conspiracy. If the core tenet of the WEF is that we need to cede power to a few oligarchs because only they know what is good for us, why is it ok that we’ve given a few oligarchs access to tremendous power in the US? Is it simply because they are different oligarchs (the seemingly creepier more powerful ones)?
One man's Soros is another man's Musk.

Harris got 75 million votes.

Trump got 77 million votes.

Not much more popular than Kamala Harris.

And 90 millions registered voters did not vote at all: That's 165 millions Americans NOT voting for Trump vs 77 doing so.

Now, that is NOT NOT NOT an overwhelming win that translates into a mandate to completely rebuild nearly 250 years of history of being democratic.

@Fishbone Jones is Trump administration officials violating federal law by not giving 30 days notice to congress also my personal opinion and bias?
We’re going to see a lot of power struggle between the executive and Congress, attenuated by the fact that the House is presently a narrow Republican majority. This will hopefully become much more a fight after the midterms. He has two years to knock down as many democratic guardrails, checks, and balances as he can.

One can only hope the US Congress has a few Republicans that will push back hard.

I really don't think Trump is rational.
