Honestly, better at this point if he actually does disband departments of education rather than appoint a Secretary to it. One of those “better a blank file” situations.

He is, however, making it increasingly difficult for the Senate to not push back on appointments. It will only take four Republicans senators who havenmt lost touch with reality to throw a wrench in some of this, so long as the newly chosen Senate majority leader doesn’t just bend over and take it.
