Anyone know the dates for the RMS QL3 this summer, my fiance is going through basic right now and is being given the run around on her dates.

Dates depend:  Is she Reg or Res?  Anglo or Franco?  If Reserve, Army or Navy/Air Force?

There are four serials runing at the same time.

From what I see there are four courses (one French) running from 28 Apr-15 Jul 2009.

The next courses after that start on 21 Sep.

Sorry, but it doesn't indicate Reserve or Regular.

On rare occasions, a PRes member can be slotted on a reg force course.  If it's Res it's generally run in the summer months to accomodate post-secondary students..

There is also a Army QL3 Res RMS Clk course being conducted in Wainwright 8 Jun - 25 Aug 2009.

Does not work for you.  The next RMS QL3 (if that's what you're looking for) is scheduled for 21 Sep 09.  After that, 18 Jan 10.

When is the next course start after Jan 18, 2010?
Are they scheduled quarterly or made available when they are needed?
I am scheduled to be done BMQ on February 12th.

Courses are generally scheduled about a year out.  However, graduating BMQ does not necessarily imply an immediate start to your QL3.  It is possilbe (and likely) that you would first be loaded onto a military driver's course, to get you qualified to drive some of the smaller vehicles (LSVW, LUVW, possibly MLVW/MSVS).

The course calendar at the link doesn't go past that course, however, if you look at the end date for the course starting 18 Jan 2010, which is 01 Apr 2010, the next course (one might assume  ) would be like the one this year, starting at the end of April 2010.

I'm a Private Recruit in the CF and I am a RMS Clerk. Does anyone know where I can find the file numbers for a memo. Also does anyone know where I can find some guides to RMS Clerk since I am currently doing OTJ with my unit until I can get my Clerk QL3 Course.

Zach,  if you are awaiting QL3 I assume you are already finished your BMQ course?  That would make you a Pte(Basic) not Pte(Recruit).

IMO,  since you are already doing OJT at your unit it would be best to ask the other clerks you with with.  As for the memo file numbers,  you should be able to ask the clerks in your unit to see what is being used.

Hey I heard that QL3 for RMS clerks had been changed at the start of this summer, anyone know what the difference is?
