I ''offer'' you 2 threads, first one short, second one longer,
but you WILL smile. Even in my ignorant civy state, I was rolling
with the second one...

Shouldn't we have a thread somewhere to resurect the jewels of
ancients threads ;) ?

Happy Christmas

On a tangent(a nice way to say hijacking this thread)

What about a poll for the (unintentionnaly) funniest thread?

http://forums.army.ca/forums/threads/45142.0.html

Water thread for the unintentional funny win.

So who likes thier water "freash" or "fresh?" LOL that was funny!

oh, dehydrated water is certainly the most portable, easy to carry with you in the field, and it tastes just like normal water once rehydrated.

Contest Winner Announced New Years Eve at 2300 ET

Get you nomination in Now for the "SILLIEST THREAD ON ARMY.CA"

Winner gets to kiss their monitor a the stroke of midnight and hold bragging rights for a whole thirty minutes.

But sometimes the silliest threads are deleted before too many people get to see them, and then you can't link them either!  Like the one from just a couple of days ago about the kid saying his friend told him that CFRC measures the guys and you have to be at least 3" to be recruited (yes, length ;))

My God, I have to agree with Trinity on this one  :D
I believe "Headlines" does not qualify. Contest is regarding threads that are started with a "serious" post or question that spirals.....  ;D  i.e. The Water Thread.

Vote For Water!!

This one was probably a serious question according to the original poster, but one that has been repeated in some form or another too many times.  Went fast off topic and downhill too.

Doesn't say that anywhere in this thread.

They changed the rules on you.

Headlines is a viable thread to vote for.

Has the purpose of this thread become to debate the worthiness of the "Headlines" thread as a contender?  In itself, continuing that tangent will make this thread a likely nominee (this thread refers). Move on.

And certainly less heavy as well! Gosh the things they should have come up with yrs ago  ;D

I'm kinda partial to the Sportsbra thread.  ;D

I didn't see any rules.  Did you see any rules?

Due to my frequent posting and visiting of the Headlines thread, I would have to put that as my favorite, but again Trin knows better then me (could it be that he has divine knowledge, or just because he spends more time here then anyone else??  another thread, another day)

I saw the knife thread and holy jumping catfish, I can cry, laugh, bang my head against the wall or just admit that the gene pool needs more chlorine.

http://forums.army.ca/forums/threads/42660.30.html  This is the winner troops and troopettes
