Nominate your favourite silly thread, split fromRe: Things that Drive the Mod's to Drink

I think this one from a few weeks ago might take the cake for silly thread.. or if not the "silly thread" then the strangest, creepiest one.

Just look at what Teddy gets started.

but the original Teddy Ruxpin had such a nice butt. Does this one??

It seems to be a lot of work, but a rugby thread I visit has an annual year end 'awards' thread that each poster gets to vote on.  It seems like a pretty nerdy thing to do, but it's pretty funny when it's over (and nice to see those threads again that marked hilarious / tense moments in the past year).

They have categories like:  best and worst poster per nation (this site could do per province, maybe?), most knowledgeable, most annoying, hall of fame, most 'hated', best insult, best post, funniest thread, etc.

Each person gets to vote on each category by ranking their choices 5 points for best, 4 for second, etc. and the final points tallies gets you your 'best/worst' of the year.

Just an idea.

Oh lord.  Trinity, how would god feel about you starting this one? :p

The same way god always feels.

With his hands.

I seem to remember Trinity yelling something along the lines of "There is no god" in some thread....  ;D

The photo contest, IIRC.

No, I think that the Knife thread is still the Funniest thread. simply because it was unintentionally funny.....

I just re-read it and im laughing all over again at it.
sigh....

Good Times.....

Reminds me of the one who had problems spelling "Corps".  She didn't take too kindly to advice either........I wonder how rotten her cores are now.......Time to look on how the ole Rumtoff is doing.
