Is there controversy over Latest Awards to AFG Troops ?

What is the process of getting these awards? Is the reason being that troops are not getting them because it gets stop on the way up the chain? I am just curious to see if thats the reason. Any answers just PM me.

I'm going to wade in here...........because this thread is beginning to piss me off. 1. Awards are a good thing, however, the people who recieve, rarely believe they deserve them!!! 2. If you joined the military to get an award, you chose the wrong profession.......not often do you get an award for doing your job!!!!!!
