So I guy I know was injured in 2006 had shoulder surgery to repair damage.
Was suffering from hip pain since the same injury...saw an orthopedic surgeon...had an MRI...nothing....finally three years later (after physio after physio after physio after physio) saw a physiatrist (some sort of specialist) and was booked in for an arthrogram...indicated an acetabular labrum tear (Czerny stage 2). Recommeded for surgery, however surgeon is in London ontario and wait time is at least one year. Member is supposedly promoted and posted to CFJSR. He has not been placed on any sort of category (do not know why not).
How does the Career Manager get informed of this? Would this stop the promotion? and the posting?
Can anyone provide some info from the Medical standpoint.
Thanks in advance (for my friend)
