Perhaps Israel should help ensure the solidity of the foundation of the hospital? Perhaps a few hundred cement trucks to fill the ‘geological porosity’ of the region would help?

Persians don’t ‘want’ any Arabs in their country (particularaly mostly Sunni Arabs)…pawns elsewhere to keep ongoing pressure on a people the Persians would like to see eliminated…sure…Iran is big and they can use them to control the other groups.
