In radical Islam this is perfectly acceptable. The women they rape are infidels. They deserve no mercy. It is Allah's will.

The same goes for those followers of radical Islam who blend in and then "poof" they are radicals ready to rape and murder. Allah will forgive them.

That'll work, but not solely for that reason. People who leave the country and no longer report Canadian income will also help the average to fall.

McGill could ask SPVM; they’re perfectly capable of handling this stuff too. The issue isn’t police willingness to act, but the preferences and appetites of individual universities to make the ask.
