I can find you 120 million. Just leave the election date alone. Seriously though, it is only a matter of time until something really bad happensThere's around 38 various minister's in Canada. That might get a little expensive.

Whoever the a$$hat was is lucky he didn't do that to Chretien. Remember the A Hole who liked to pie people? He learned the hard way.
where is her security or do ministers not require escort? No individual should get within 3 meters of a minister without coming face to face with an escort. Ministers just by the nature of their position are going end up with someone disagreeing with them. Very fortunate that it was just a telephone that was shoved in her face.
Ahh yes , the infamous Shawinigan handshake.
I respected Chrétien a bit more after that. The pie thrower was a prick who’d pie people. In my book that’s assault.Ahh yes , the infamous Shawinigan handshake.
I’ve got a big heavy book at my desk that says the same.I respected Chrétien a bit more after that. The pie thrower was a prick who’d pie people. In my book that’s assault.
Only if there is a security threat. It's more that one person talking into their sleeve.where is her security or do ministers not require escort? 'Black's'? If still got mine from the 1960s - I'm not sure much has changed.I’ve got a big heavy book at my desk that says the same.
Nah, I prefer Martin’s annotated.Only if there is a security threat. It's more that one person talking into their sleeve.

Trudeau did a good job situating the estimate with that one.Seriously though, it is only a matter of time until something really bad happens
She assaulted him. Plain as day but she is getting a free pass due to her position. These anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian, whatever you want to call them people are complete losers.
Video shows confrontation with Melanie Joly over Palestinian refugees
A video circulating on social media this weekend showed Foreign Affairs Minister Melanie Joly in a tense confrontation about the Israel-Hamas war with a man on the street in Montreal.montreal.ctvnews.ca
As did I. I thought you might be referring to Black's Law Dictionary. Hard cover they are about 3" thick. Heck, the vintage I have still goes for several hundred dollars. I think I paid $70 back in the day which was a pretty princely sum.Nah, I prefer Martin’s annotated.
Minister Melanie Joly was one of the Minister who is/ was suppose to get police protection. Kind of interesting she does not. There's around 38 various minister's in Canada. That might get a little expensive.
Nah, if my ITOs are snaky enough that it may be a law dictionary problem I just email crown. As did I. I thought you might be referring to Black's Law Dictionary. Hard cover they are about 3" thick. Heck, the vintage I have still goes for several hundred dollars. I think I paid $70 back in the day which was a pretty princely sum.
No. I don't give a f***. Don't harass people in the streets. She assaulted him. Plain as day but she is getting a free pass due to her position.
He was riding a bike, there were other pedestrians in the sidewalk. She had a chance to turn away but did not. She reached out and grabbed his phone.
If this was you or I grabbing the phone it would have been a different outcome.
Assault is the correct term to be used.
I wont excuse the person on the bikes behavior, he no doubt needs to learn some respect and common courtesy. But she assaulted him.
What Chretien did was engage an actual threat. He was within his rights to do so.
No. I don't give a f***. Don't harass people in the streets.
Martin's and Black's, the two books every law student gets on day one of year one and never opens for the next three years because the answers in them are usually only a small fraction of the real law.As did I. I thought you might be referring to Black's Law Dictionary. Hard cover they are about 3" thick. Heck, the vintage I have still goes for several hundred dollars. I think I paid $70 back in the day which was a pretty princely sum.
Lol you'll sitting in a cell waiting for bail to be paid if you did what she did.No. I don't give a f***. Don't harass people in the streets.
You come to me with a phone in my face like that I'm 100% justified in wrecking your phone and making sure you find something better to do with your day.
Legality does not determine morality.Lol you'll sitting in a cell waiting for bail to be paid if you did what she did.

Lol I seen police arrest/ detain people for much less.Speaking from my experience of 10+ years on the job, no, you’re completely out to lunch. I would not arrest or charge based on that video; none of us would. You’re out to lunch and speaking to something you don’t understand. The fact that you even think cash bail is a thing in any but the more serious cases just highlights this.
Her actions were certainly not graceful, but nobody put into that position is eating a criminal charge out of what we see. The facts don’t support it, and it wouldn’t be in the public interest to burden the justice system even if they did. That has nothing to do with who is shown in this specific video. If you get in someone’s face, they have some leeway to make a bit of space for their own safety.
