Yes Finally, but all the Liberal directed media horsepower was minister Wilkinson on the West Coast yesterday announcing an Ice Breaking Science vessel. The Liberals have refused to acknowledge that the World has grown darker and far less certain .

So they reluctantly announce the largest Federal Government commitment in Canada's history on a Saturday the day before the Second Trudeau moves on. They are just NOT serious people.

Hard to judge what is appropriate or not from these figures provided when we are missing effectively all context, we can't compare them to foreign contemporaries when we don't even know what is included within them as far as costs. The RCN typically uses some very strange, overly inclusive costing methods that make comparisons effectively impossible.
