I'm confused...British lawyers are acting as consult in lawsuits, suing British soldiers for actions in Iraq?

Who is filing the lawsuits?

What's confusing?  If someone is going to take legal action against someone else then they need a lawyer who is licensed in the jurisdiction where that action is being filed.  Lawyers doing what ambulance chasers personal injury lawyers do best - finding clients with a potential settlement from which they will take a percentage.  While the principal of the firm mentioned in the article may have principles that leads him to this type of case, from a look at their website they seem far from the movie stereotype of the Marxist Labour Party left leaning sole practitioner whose practise consists of suing the government in hopes of embarrassing the establishment.

Maybe those Navy Divers would have done better if they had kept their flippers on.

Everyone had to know that everyone would be filming this event, I suspect there are a lot of Nastygrams flying around and that some remedial parade ground bashing is going to be taking place for individuals both OR's and NCO's.

Chelmsford.... that reef upon which many careers have come to wreck ;)

The star of Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dare Wins has revealed how it feels to kill and why he misses the adrenaline rush of pulling the trigger.

Ant Middleton, a military veteran born in Portsmouth, says he was surrounded daily by death on the front line of Afghanistan.

After joining the Royal Marines in 2002, he completed two tours of duty of Afghanistan in 2007 and 2008.

The 37-year-old explains that most people he encounters don’t feel like they can ask him what it was like to kill a man.

Ceptor is an all-environment system - launchable from air, sea or land.  Suspiciously joint.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAMM_(missile_family)
