So the difference between 3a which I understand is a unfit untrained soldier and 3b being a medically unfit trade trained soldier. So one is trained and the other is untrained? Is there only two types of medical release? Who decides If you are a 3A or 3B?
Thanks for the company answer there chief I'm looking for more detailed answers than the recruiting website is willing to give but thanks for coming out.lol
Interested in doing an OT to boatswain, how full or low is the trade? How long does it take to do the 3's and how long does it take after your 3's do you go on your 5's? How many times a year do they run 3's? Is it a structured class type 3's or is it mostly OJT? Any info on this would be...
Just wondering if anyone on here has completed a OT through LOTP. How long did you have to wait, how long did the paperwork take? How did the process work? I attempted to get answers from the PSO but they didn't say much so I am looking for someone who has gone through the process for some...
I am currently waiting to see the dr at the end of the month for my first stint of tcat which i would imagine it will be six months for my achilles. I am concerned that once my achilles heals it will be more likely to be re-injured cause it has been injured before. I feel the current combat...
Hey buddy i wouldn't worry too much about going to the cfrc because there is like nothing open anyways so just wait a while and ask for a day off with a long time in advance so you can make it on time cause you might pass out if you hold your breath for a career in the CF right now. But I do...
Sorry to cut in on this but i have a relevent question. Part of my question has been answered so yeah. For my CT I have a COS date of 8 July 10 but in my offer it was originally 07 July 10 so my release from my res unit is 6 July 10 so I have one full day where I do not belong to anyone at...
Not sure if anyone can help shed light on what is wrong with my leg/calf but here goes, any good input will be appreciated. I had an issue with my shoulders in which I saw physio about the rotator cuff in which things are alright now but while I was waiting for my shoulders to get better I...
I am trying to find the reg force course dates for armoured crewman dp1 but can't seem to find it on the din, all the calenders are really old like 25 Feb 10 on the gagetown armoured page or a blocked out one you don't see any information on the army national calender. Anyone who can tell me...
Good luck to you all but don't desire time to go faster cause you will wish you were taking your time when you get there lol and take extra care not to get injured just before you go as you will be waiting that much longer to get back on BMQ. And to those oldee guys show the young ones how it's...
I know that this is probably a touchy subject for most people but I would like to get the general feel for how gays are treated in the combat arms. Has anyone got any stories of recruits that you have seen or personal stories about being gay in combat arms? If someone comes out to their reg or...
Yes you did but I also asked more then one question plus I was not directing the questions just to you but appreciate the fact you answered one of the many.
Thanks for the post buy you answered one of my zillion questions, so your trying to say that no one can tell me anything about gagetown and no one can answer any of my questions. Wow.
I am totally sorry if I should have searched for this topic but they all seem to be really old ones and no one would even see them so I will start a new one even though one was just locked with the same heading.
I am going to Gagetown in July as I did a CT. I am wondering on the situation in...
Thanks for the answers. I know this isn't the right place but how do you find the course schedule for the different schools? How do you know if the schedules are accurate? Sorry to change the subject.
I don't get it cause at the start of this article it says that those candidates who failed the test were released but in the DAOD that was provided above says that those who do not meet the standard will be placed on remedial PT for 12 weeks until the standard is met and everything will be good...
I have wrapped up my CT and have a COS date of 7 July and am avoiding much pt now so I do not injure myself before my transfer goes through so the CT is not deplayed. I will be on Pretc when i get to gagetown I will be informed of when my course is going to be starting. When I get there I can...
