I have to say that CFHA isn't making friends well. Conditions in PMQ's really haven't improved much since they took over, but rates have gone up.
On the good side...PSP (here in Canada as well as overseas) have done alot of good. I feel that these civilian specialists (many with multple university degrees and experience in the area) have brought much more knowledge to our fitness training. We now have more options for training, and since they have incorporated fitness training instructed by PSP in leadership courses, I have seen better run PT sessions (by soldiers) and fewer injuries due to overtraining, poor stretching and just plain stupidity.
Also I am impressed with the effort CFPSA puts forth for us on deployment. The pers at the leave centers go out of thier way to assist you in getting the most of your time. On the poor side (and I feel its the policies that limit them), the travel sections have caused a few headaches, but for the most part they do thier best to help as well.
