I began doing NCM-SEP at a civilian college for avionics this year.
My ULO ,representative or someone in the military who oversees my progress and details, wrote me an email that looks something like below:

As per the email pease reply to subj mbr.
Thank you and have a great day.

My question: what is subj mbr?

Look at the subject of the email, was there a name in it?  If so you likely need to talk to that person...
