The War in Ukraine

The first 10 vehicles to be delivered 3+ months from now. All of those to be ambulances. The composition of the remaining 40 is not discussed in the article and the timeline to deliver those 40 is unknown as well. Slow walking the equipment to Ukraine.

Is the LAV project slow-walking, or is it more akin to the Czechia-led ammunition purchasing scheme, playing catch-up to the Arsenal of Democracy's leisurely, fractured approach? I've no idea on what the turnaround is, but not sure there would have been much point in putting a LAV order in if someone with deserts full of Bradleys had started refurbishing the things by the hundreds.

Fantastic trolling of President and Tsar wannabe Putin in Uzbekistan

Screenshot_20240613-220557.png

"Welcome to Uzbekistan, your excellency, dear Vladimir Putin"

'Your Excellency' is a Nobels rank within the court of Peter the First referring to those in the lower third and fourth rank. Secret Agents of the lower class.

So while technically accurate it is still a public slap in the face. Understood likely only by some of the elites. "if you know - you know"

Maybe, with the new 'guided warhead' modules, they have declined to accept anything by the motors?

Great clip, and not surprising re: POL's history with USSR 1.0. Still, it's been a bit of an up & down between POL and UKR, especially with ag UKR=>POL imports. Let's hope he really means it when he says it.

I meant to build new variants and give them to Ukraine rather than giving them older clapped-out rockets that may not work.
Nobody has asked us for new motors. We have been asked for the ones we were having disposed. The motors being sent have been through a quality check. We are not sending things that we don’t think will work. So again, your question was why doesn't Canada just buy new motors that nobody is asking for. The question should start from the perspective of why should Canada?

A lot of that was incited by hardliners and Russian agents ( unwitting or otherwise) in the transport sector. With s lot of disinformation warfare as well
