I run about 4-5 miles a day on a indoor underground track, lately I've been having foot problems around the 3rd mile mark my left foot will go completely numb and when you step on it it almost feels like its full of blood, I keep running well after this happens but I'm wondering how to stop it.

There is a whole thread on running and running-related questions. I bet if you use the search function you might find the answer to this question. ;)

Stop running just short of three miles and, most importantly, make an appointment with a medical Doctor.
