Mine's scheduled for 20 Jan. I'm guessing I don't qualify for this first round then if I won't even be on the competition list by then lol...Anyone done their interview yet? Just did my aircrew selection a couple days ago.

I just manually added it to my signature on here, click on your profile and it should be there.Where'd you find the recruitment progress?
Yeah. My interview went fairly badly. Mine lasted around 1 hour and 50 mins ( I thought it would be a 30 minute normal interview lol)Anyone done their interview yet? Just did my aircrew selection a couple days ago.
What makes you think that it went badly though? Surely it can't have been that bad.Yeah. My interview went fairly badly. Mine lasted around 1 hour and 50 mins ( I thought it would be a 30 minute normal interview lol)
It was hard because I don't have much experience to anything millitary/leadership related. It would be nice if you're a cadet because you'd be able to answer every qeistoon they ask very easilyWhat makes you think that it went badly though? Surely it can't have been that bad.
As for the final processing thing, it could be (completely spitballing though I'm not sure) where they finish doing various reliability and security checks.
Your leadership experience doesn't have to be military related. Have you ever been the captain of a sports team? Instructor of a children's camp? Even having to train people in a workplace? It was hard because I don't have much experience to anything millitary/leadership related. Do you have discord? I could tell you the experiences I told my interviewer and how he respondedYour leadership experience doesn't have to be military related. Have you ever been the captain of a sports team? Instructor of a children's camp? Even having to train people in a workplace?
Honestly, having real work experience would probably go further for you than cadets.
