Hi there. I received an voicemail from my recruiter saying he would like to discuss my file but he is on vacation right now for two weeks. So my question is could/should I call the recruiting office and talk to one of the other recruiters or should I wait until he gets back from vacation?

what if something is missing? it would delay the application process wouldn't it?

No harm in calling.  If they can't help you because your recruiter isn't around, they'll tell you.
