Well, CSS are supposed to transfer to 1 Wing next year. I already heard Tac Hel COs talk about taking the domestic PR mission that CSS have and tailor it to a combat PR mission…. Sigh….

Op Starfish (146 in Trenton) is on ~14 years of the 2-year temporary project and I haven’t heard anything about additional Corms yet so end-of-the-decade soon is my guess.

The BAFO thing always seemed to make more of a thing about flying a 146 than seemed necessary. I once suggested to convert the yellow 146s to CT-146 Outlaw avionics configuration, and just have BHS teach the SAR rotary pilots how to fly a yellow 146.
