Ice bath enthusiasts ?

Hey all,

Just started doing ice baths a week and a half ago. I bought a 100 gallon stock tank and filled it with water. I go for a 3 minute plunge everyday and man does it feel amazing.

Any other fans of cold plunges here ?

I stay 3 minutes in my ice bath every day.

If they're having rhum glasses after each dip, sign me up and i'll do it several times
