Man, I remember playing the game that inspired this years ago at the Arcade, it was called Bust-a-Move. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puzzle_Bobble

Spent many an hour playing this and other games back when arcades were all the buzz. Seems like they've all but disappeared.
