Do i need a health card?

im going to the recruiting centre tommorow but i dont have many forms of i.d , i have my birth certificate and my s.i.n card. This may seem like a dumb question but my family thinks i will need a health card.Thnx

If you are joining the Regular Force, you won't require a Provincial Health Care Plan - once you are enrolled.

If you are joining the Reserves then you will require to have Provincial Health Care coverage.

The recruiting centre will let you know what ID you will need.  On another note, it is highly suggested that you use proper punctuation on this forum.

I think hes more concerned with acceptable forms of ID not actual medical coverage.

CDN Aviator  is right my parents dont think i will be able to make my appoinments for my tests if i dont have my health card. i had one but my mother lost it a few years ago and i havent gotten a new one yet.

I didn't need mine when I recently went for my Reserve testing. I can only speak for myself, though.

You should seriously hurry up and get a new health card though.
