I'd submit one thing farther - she doesn't even know what MOC she is applying for.  The closest thing to a Med Aid I ever have been was a Cas Aide back in the mid 80's before I rolled over.  We were Med A's - ie Medical Assistants - up unitl about 2 or 3 years ago when we became Medical Technicians.  Perhaps if you can't even get the trade name right...
