The waistline rule sucks for this guy but you need to start somewhere and have some kind of limit. It's not fair to make allowances for someone because they're a really good dude or who's just great at their gob- it wouldn't be fair.

WE do that a lot with the BFT. Someone fails a BFT and oh well we deploy them anyways because we need someone.

I will go to the penalty box for two minutes and feel shame.
