Does someone have a link on the internet of what actually goes into the each of the IMPs and average calories for each of the three meals?

I do not have DIN acess. No conjecture or opinions needed. Just facts.

Thanks.

Each one has about 1200 calories for a total of 3600 per day.

Google search "caloric content of military imps" and click the pages from Canada.
This one was the 5th one down the page titled Chapter 2 - Standards and Procedures.  I had to open it as an HTML.  Scroll down to Annex F, para 1. for calorie content then Annex G for sample menus.

Well, you can try this link for starters:

http://www.mreinfo.com/imps.html

Good link, geo.  I've never seen a LMC before but they look better than the IMPs.  Maybe with the exception of the freeze dried cheese  ???

from same site....

http://www.mreinfo.com/international_rations.html

American, Brit, Dutch, French, German & Russian rations

ALSO if your can deal with oriental script, try the following "Great Japanese Yokoku ration web page"

Thanks Moe. Exactly what I was looking for.
...maybe you PMeds do know a thing or two...

Nah  ;)

They suck after having to eat them day after day......as does any type of food.

From my experience the LMC's are more of a 'snackpack' than an actual meal.  And the cheese is absolutely awful.  :'(

Heh....
Anyone remember the LRP (aka LRPS) that we used to get in the great white north?
everything freeze dried - astronaut food :P
