Observation:
All this turmoil results in Ukraine losing its most effective supporter - Boris Johnson - and NATO and the EU losing their greatest threat - the rise of an independent polity within midst with a separate world view.
The aim of the JEF is to create a UK military framework, focused around its existing high readiness capabilities, that its partners can join up with. While it is the UK's intention to fully integrate the UK's JEF partners’ contributions before 2018, the JEF could deploy immediately if required.
[3] It is designed with the following requirements in mind:
"
a. act jointly and with allies, but able to act alone"
"
b. be well equipped, but not tied to platforms"
"
c. adapt as the environment changes"

JEF = UK, Netherlands, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, together with Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary, constitute the Bucharest 9
These nations have been strongest in support of Ukraine and arguably dragged other nations to the cause (Hungary excepted)
They were pointedly at odds with the Western EU establishment, particularly France, Germany and Belgium.
So who does turmoil in Britain serve?
Additionally we might want to note the impact the US on the monetary markets and the efforts of the Federal Reserve to try and rein in the effects of US inflation - an inflation that impacts all other currencies.
So tell me again who all this turmoil serves?
Warfare and Competition by other means. Who are friends and who are foes?
