Tried it today. Didnt run as fast as I usually do but that is ok.
I been running on a treadmill and tried to do the 3:2. For most part,
it worked well and time went faster by counting my steps. Sometimes
it varied from 3:2 to 3:3 to 2:3 it seemed.
I must honestly say, I felt like I had more stamina while running.
So a BIG THANK YOU for this post and for me trying it.
