BMOQ P2 & Weapons Drills Resources

Hello!

I am hoping to complete BMOQ Phase II this summer. I'm RegF now but completed BMQ/SQ/RQL3 as a reservist in 2006/2007 and now I'm MOTP and have to complete my basic officer's training this summer. I realize in order to join everyone part way through the course I am going to need a major refresher on weapons drills. From my reservist days I vaguely remember a website (with videos?) and instructions online. Of course, now I can't find it.

Does anyone have any good online (I don't have DIN access) sources for reviewing weapons drills?

I also know I need to get my a** in gear for the PT part of BMOQ --any other helpful hints are appreciated! : )
