Alright rockers - Assistance in iIdentifying a video required... Can you help?

When I was in Iraq, I remember seeing this video on MTV.

It's a little heavy, sort of sounded like Guns and Roses, but it was not.

Storyline as fol:

A group of guys rob a bank, there is a high speed chase, and a pregant woman (wife of the robber) is killed when her mini van is t-boned by the robbers.

Lots of scenes of him on his way to prison etc.

I am looking for the name of the band and the title of the song.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
