Are you researching or collecting ? If the former I'd suggest checking with the Military History Research Centre at the Canadian War Museum.
(Of course you may have already done this ... ) A search of the catalogue shows a 1863, and a combined 1865-1867 volume with no indication of a 1862 or 1864 edition in the catalogue. Perhaps they were never published ?
Hi thank U for your kind reply, more research, true aware only 62 for Sedentary, 63-65-66-67 lists, believe someone out there might have 62, 64, 68, 69. Could be the big fire pre 1916 where allot of records, etc., went up in smoke, and like you stated; most probably not published. My thought is, if they published the “United Canada” Quebec, Sedentary Militia lists of 1862, the Active, and Volunteer Rifle, Infantry, etc., companies, were of more importance, and plausible published first.
Already found: The 2nd Battalion VMR of Canada, No. 9 Coy Trinity College authorised 1 June 1861, by late 1862 redesignated No. 8 Coy........
I’m looking for, styled as “Bishops College Corps,” only from 1861-early 62, it was restyled “Bishop’s College Rifle Company, of Lennoxville.” Only by GO Feb 1869, gazetted by the C.-in-C. Walker Powell, Lt.-Col. D.A.G. Militia Canada, 1869: The Bishop’s College Drill Association of Lennoxville. It’s to be noted for 1861-1869: Volunteer was not official styled into the name.
Therefore questions the status quo, DHH, historians/authors, recycled accounts: “Bishop’s College Drill Association was formed in Lennoxville, Que. on December 6, 1861.”
BCS contradicts mainstream historian accounts, claims authorized Dec 6 1861, first styled as, “Volunteer Rifle Company of Bishop’s College.”

I found one prime source: “Bishops College Corps” appears officially in early 62 Department and Defence report, need a second prime source, figured the 1862 Militia List would confirm the name used by BCS in 1861.
Thank U for your time, C.U.
