Hello,
I am not sure I'm doing this correctly but I'm trying to find someone that could help me with information regarding the 122nd Battalion Canadian Overseas Exp. Force, and in particular my g uncle, Alexander MacDonald. His number on the enlistment paper is 763091, he listed Gravenhurst Onatario as his place of residence, and his that he was born in Coldwater Ontario, and his mother as Christine MacDonald and his date of birth March 14, 1890. This paper was signed December 28, 1915.
Alex died and I cannot find where he is buried, nor if he died in the war. Also I am trying to find information regarding his wife, Annie Jane Brown that he married in 1911. Per a letter she wrote home in 1916 she mentions loosing her "poor dear Alex" but I don't know when or how (death or divorce).
Anyone that can help me I truly appreciate.
Thank you
