Hi All, I just came back from my CFAT/medical today at CFRC Vancouver, and me and the group of people I was with were told by the recruiter before our CFAT, that the process no longer requires applicants to complete a fitness test.They said that BMQ will do all the work of weeding out the unfit...

Agreed, keep it cheap and easy ;), my staples are tuna, eggs, milk and whey powder( if the budget allows). oh and don't forget the fruits and veggies
