Well if you havn't proceeded with anything as of yet. Then I would suggest you should take practice tests for your CFAT. It seems if you score high on that then you should be better off then others who scored lower. Also before you go for your medical, I suggest that you don't listen to the TV...

Yea, unfortunately I fall under that age where I have to be top of the top lol. Just doing running by yourself and not really getting pushed is kinda a bore. Thinking I'll mix it up shortly with bicycle training and running that way I work out more then just the legs really.
