The M Frame's are used,  purchased them a few years ago,  wore them in Afghanistan, etc
Everything is still in serviceable condition,  lenses have some minor marks/scratches(more pronounced on clear lense).  Clarity of lenses is still great(scratches aren't noticeable when worn).

Why the 4%?

I hope you don't want the Oakleys as I sold them months ago.

The 4% is to cover the Paypal fees the receiver gets,  ie if someone sends me money I have to pay a fee(unless it is sent as a gift).
