What do you need to apply for RMC?

Hi, I am a student who is going into Grade 12 and looking to apply in either September or October this year. To the current RMC students or people who are applying are there any specific things needed to apply for RMC? For example Essays, Resumes, Personal Statements, Or just anything you need to have when applying for RMC.
