Walk, Jog, Run.net Map 2.4km, 5km etc. with GPS/Google maps

I found this site and map every run I do.

Its so great because you can plot exactly 2.4km from your front door and back.  Then I just use the stop watch on my phone to time myself.

For me 2.4 km is from my place to Third beach in Stanley park then back equals 5km.

  ( I know how lucky I am to have one of the most beautiful running routes on the planet!)

However did we survive without gps and google maps before? LOL :nod:

I run the Seawall every Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning, not the whole thing of course but a good 8-10 kilometre leg to this neat little rest station of sorts - 30 min of Dips, Pushups, situps and various stretching and other exercises. Then I run another route to the Park Information Centre and I try to find somewhere to do chin ups.

Security told me to leave once, because they didn't want me hanging from the overhang on the building... I run much earlier in the mornings now  >:D
