I received a decision from VRAB stating: Entitlement granted in the amount of five-fifths for service in the CanadianArmed Forces
I do not understand what it means.
Does it mean I am entitled to VAC disability benefits?

Five-fifths means totally attributed to service. One fifth means partially attributed to service. If you were granted a 30% disability, at 5/5 you get 30%.

In other words, congrats on your VRAB Favourable Decision and yes five-fifths is what you should hope for which is what you got.
