Just wondering where i can track down an on-line copy of the Last Will and testament form, I don't have access to the DIN from here. Went searching this morning on the web .. nothing! Is this even something that would be publicly avail?

Check your PM.  DAOD 7012 refers and the forms are on online, but only for DIN users.  Contact me and I will launch an e-copy off to you.

Not likely.  It could lead to forger of documents, if DND forms were accessable to the public.  It would be a SECURITY CONCERN.
