I will say in advance, thank you for taking the time to read this and respond.
I am in hopes to get into the navy with my trade, but I have a feeling I have hindered my chances at my medical/interview today. I informed the doctor that I already tinnitus. I've had it since my early teens, due to probably a combination of grinding my teeth and loud music, and is something I do not even notice anymore unless I'm in an incredibly quiet room now. It should be noted that I did pass the hearing test with 0 issues, and they stated I had perfect hearing.
So, I guess I'm just curious on if they will really hinder my chances on getting in. I am physically and mentally fit otherwise, and have a trade in which they are hiring in right now.
Thank you again for your time
