Revision ballistic eyewear: tricks to change shield?

Hi everone, i'm trying to change the lens on my revision eyewear ballistic glasses but i'm not too sure how to do it.

but i feel it's gonna break if i pull harder.

Do you guys have any trick to help me?

There's no trick, that's how it's done.  The frames and lenses will bend slightly.
