It means: "For Country" i.e. for Canada!

Yes, "Pro Patria" is latin meaning "for country." Used in conjunction with
the beaver emblem on The Royal Canadian Regiment‘s collar badges, it is
commonly interpreted as means to "work for one‘s country."
