Hi I was wondering if anyone here is or was member of QOR? I considering joining after getting into better shape. I was wondering what is expected, any info on commitments, pay scales, and what type of training do they do. Also what are ones chance for rapid or near rapid advancement if one is intelligent and eager to excel? Any personal experences or advice would be greatly helpful.
