I’ve been in Canada since I was very young, but I’m a dual citizen and I was born in another country. I’ve left Canada once for vacation in the States and once to visit extended family in my birth country. I don’t have any ties besides the citizenship that my parents never bothered to renounce.
Do they tell you beforehand if you need a pre-security for ROTP? Or would this just complicate my background check later on in the application process?
