Philippines Ex-president Duterte arrested on International Criminal Court warrant

Looks like Rodrigo Duterte got scooped on an Interpol red notice requested by the ICC. The arrest is for crimes against humanity relating to his actions as a mayor and later as president in his brutal war on the drug trade. Duterte was arrested by police at Manila airport on returning from Hong Kong.
