Perun has announced on Twitter that this sunday’s PPT will be on Canada’s Defence Procurement System (such as it is).

Why would he care? Defence spending or even reforms don't get you elected in Canada. A lot of these issues have been known for decades, a point Perun makes in the video when he pulls out quotes from the 80s. He was part of a government that was spending around 1.2% during war time, and simply sole sourced instead of implementing any reforms.
For example, what government wants to tell Irving to go take a hike?
