For all the Chief Clerks and AOs , the PER tracking module within Monitor MASS was used by the C Army and RCN for reporting period 2012/2013 and proved to be a real time saver in the auto generation of the DND 728 while providing the chain of command at every level a live summary with drill down capability to follow the progress of PER submission
