On becoming a supplier

Dear friends,

Is it possible to become a supplier of the CF? I'm going into busines of making special clothing, mainly in other areas areas at first, but wanted to find out if there is anywhere where I learn about the possibility of supplying the CF? I was thinking along the lines of boots, shirts, underwear, and other articles of clothing not involving CADPAT technology. Any ideas as to where to look?
